Neal is all about diving into those waves of juice. Citra leads the charge backed up by Mosaic. Nelson Sauvin plays a supporting role but still manages to give a strong account of itself in the finished beer. The malt bill has a touch of Caramalt in it to round out the flavours further. This beer is right up there as a staff favourite, it ticks all the boxes and weâre very proud of it indeed.
