19th December Advent Calendar - Wylam Greyhounds Don't Like Jazz
This sour IPA is made using a yeast strain isolated from a tree growing in a graveyard in West Philadelphia. It's then hopped with Nelson Sauvignon, Bru-1 and Centennial Cryo. This all results in white grape, pineapple and nectarine flesh with a hearty tang. As for canine music preference, I'm not sure about that.
