Pet Nat - gentle sparkle from conditioning in bottle. Nice pop on opening. Pours with gentle bubbles. Pale wheat colour. Cooked rhubarb, grapefruit and tangy citrus on the nostrils. tastes like pineapples chunks dipped in melon. Drinks beautifully, lovely oval shape to it, coherent and balanced.Full mouthfeel with good zesty acidity with medium length aftertaste of full citrus fruit. Just a great drinker
