De Struise

Struise is a small establishment dedicated to making intense, rich, traditionally inspired, malt-forward beers with aging, particularly in a wide array of used barrels, at the heart of their identity. This Belgian brewery was established in 2001, then moving on to brew at the Deca brewing facility in Woesten-Vleteren in West Flanders from 2006 until 2014, after this beers were brewed at their own brewhouse. They have now become a Flemish gem, world renowned amongst beer enthusiasts and brewers.
