Rochefort is not simply us mispelling a variety of French blue cheese, it is also the name of a brewery we stock. Based in Walloonia, Rochefort is one of Belgium's many Trappist breweries. It brewed only four styles, denoted by numbers 6, 8, 10, and 12. Until 2020 when they suddenly released a new Tripel! They cover the whole range of what one would expect from a Trappist brewery and certainly none of them slouch on flavour.
