Bright Light Vision DDH West Coast IPA 7.5% (440ml)

For the third beer in our DDH West Coast IPA series, we’ve used Citra YCH 702 Trial again after how much we loved it in Pillars, paired alongside Nelson Sauvin & Motueka. Bright notes of Ruby Grapefruit and Orange peel intermingle with tart Gooseberry and Lime, as the defining characteristics of Nelson Sauvin meet Citra in this NZ/USA hop profile. The finish is long with a pleasant bitterness, with aromatic and herbal flavours finishing with a heady, resinous Pine quality.
