The final collaboration in our CULTIVATE series, exploring beer as a product of agriculture, is brewed with Bale Breaker Brewing Company. They’re a brewery from Yakima, Washington, based on their fourth-generation hop farm, Loftus Ranches. Owner/Brewmaster Kevin came to visit us and together we have brewed a crisp, dry and modern West Coast Pale Ale using Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Krush and Idaho 7, all grown at Loftus.
